I try to take Vitamin C every day in some form. No idea if it really does help or not since I only started a month ago.

My only suggestion is lots of vitamin C... that's the only thing I can think of at the moment.<BR/>Hope you get better soon, and I sympothise with you, the weather here in Colorado is like that also right now... I never know how to dress because of it.:P
